Radish heaven

I’ve made radish relish, pickled radish and Vietnamese spicy veg (radish and carrot)...can you see a theme here!  I’ll report back on how they taste and will post the recipes if I think they are worth making again!

I’m in the process of making kimchi and will see how it turns out.
